Arrival in Barcelona, (we can help you book your ticket) our driver will be waiting at the airport to take you to your hotel and start this gastronomy experience. Check-in from 14:00h. The group will meet in the hotel lobby at 4 pm for a welcome drink with cava at “Jardines Laura Albéniz”, located three minutes walking from the hotel. Then we will visit Casa Batlló, one of the fantastic works of the architect Gaudí.
In the early evening, we will participate in an activity in the gastronomic atelier, which produces pizzas, sausages and preserves in an artisanal way. We will also have a premium olive oil class with Carol Lima from HOLA OLIVE, pairing our dinner with a variety of starters and artisan pizzas.
Return to the hotel and overnight.

Breakfast and free time to enjoy the Spanish atmosphere around the hotel and check-out. we will leave at 12 pm to the Catalan Pyrenees – our address for the next few days. We will take a break for lunch at a regional cuisine restaurant and continue the trip for approximately 2h30min.
Arrival around 4 pm at Eco Resort and free afternoon to walk around the village and enjoy the bucolic landscapes and activities that the Spa offers. In the evening we will attend a regional folkloric musical performance – a bit of music during this culture and gastronomy experience.

Breakfast and departure for harvesting in the Hotel’s organic garden. The vegetable garden has many varieties of herbs, vegetables and local vegetables, variety of tomatoes and exotic Pancs. After harvesting, return to the Hotel’s kitchen where the group will prepare lunch, with a barbecue of “vaca vieja” and other products from the Pyrenees region, in a playful and very fun class.
Rest at the hotel. Departure in the early evening for an experience at an award-winning cheese factory. In addition to a cheese class, we will take a guided tour with the owner. He will show us his artisanal production area and present us with a guided cheese tasting with local wine
Return to the hotel for overnight.

Check-out of the hotel and departure after breakfast towards the city of Agramun to visit the charming factory of artisanal Turrons. Despite a small space, the products made there are the “darlings” of Catalans to give away at the end of the year.
After this experience, we’ll head to a farm that produces olive oil and truffles, where we’ll spend a few hours exploring the regional cuisine: we’ll have lunch, taste Bordeaux wines and go on a truffle hunt with trained dogs.
When the afternoon falls, we’ll head to the city of Lleida and settle in a luxurious Hotel in the historic center of the city. A 4-star accommodation with all the charm of the region. Free dinner and overnight.

Breakfast and departure for a guided tour of the Lleida Cathedral, considered the first neoclassical building in the region.
Free time to walk around the historic center of the city. Check-out of the hotel and departure to an award-winning and ecological Vinicola where we will have lunch and an experience with local wines. A guided tasting of wines produced over 150 years ago in the middle of the Parque Natural dels Bessons, in the Costers del Segre region.
Then we will travel to Barcelona where we will spend the night. Free night in the Catalan capital to choose a closing location for the Food Safaris gastronomy experience.

Check-out from the hotel until 12:00. Transfer to Barcelona airport according to your flight schedule.
