Food Safari Catalunya takes place in September so that we can participate in the olive harvest, the Harvest Party, and monitor the entire olive oil production process. Another highlight of the itinerary is the visit to an award winning winery where we will learn the artisanal production process of Cavas and we will be able to taste some special labels. We also draw your attention to the visit to the duck producing farm where we will learn everything about foie gras, magrets and, of course, taste these delicacies in harmony with cavas and olive oils.
