The trip that transports us to a little known world in Brazil was a watershed for me.
I remember that in the first hour still in the 4×4 I couldn’t say anything anymore: I only contemplated the thousands of birds and animals that I had only seen on film before.
Having the pleasure of combining the dining experience with tourism is amazing.
One of the river trips, we caught piranhas, we made ceviche right there, and we tasted and laughed and made new friendships that I cultivate to this day.
It was my first solo trip, and since then I’ve been traveling around the country and around the world with the foodsafaris team.
