Hotel check-in and group meeting in the hotel lobby. Departure at 9h30 to Eataly fo the "Tour Mangiamo" to learn about the business venture and its structure ,wrapped up by a taste of breads and focaccia from the local bakery, cheese, special sausages, wine and chocolate truffles. Later, a van will take you up to Pinheiros Market with a special visit to Instituto Atá stand owned by well prized Chef Alex Atala. Following, a visit to Vila Madalena, neighbourhood where Cheese Specialist Bruno Cabral (Mestre Queijeiro Shop) will teach a cooking lesson about artisanal cheeses followed by tasting paired with Madalena Beer. We recommend finishing the night chatting and sipping drinks at Tordesilhas and taste delicacies with Ivo Ribeiro and chef Mara Salles. Return to hotel and overnight.
March 31, 2018 – Saturday
Walk to prized bakery at Jardins neighbourhood for breakfast. Departure at 9h00 towards Liberdade neighborhood, the center of asian culture in São Paulo; Chef Paulo Machado will introduce the region gastronomic layout presenting his favorite stores and restaurants. Tours continues up to the Municipal Market. Chef Paulo Machado will conduct a visit to all stands presenting products unknown to the workshop participants. Return to hotel for a short break and departure at 19h to join a cooking class with chefs Mauricio Lopes (professor at Anhembi-Morumbi University), Larissa Queiroz and Paulo Machado with the subject Paulista Cuisine. A special moment of interaction and learning in a relaxed atmosphere where all participants will assist the dishes preparation and share experiences. Return to hotel at the end of the night.

Departure after breakfast for a cooking show at Coffee Lab and learn about brazilians coffees. Return to hotel at 12h00 for check-out. End of Food Safari São Paulo.
